PCIe state and workload
Interpret current link speed, width and supported maxima in workload context. Idle downshifts may be power saving; an idle reading does not establish insufficient bandwidth under load.
Read PCIe links, memory state and VC++ runtime status to identify configuration clues worth investigating. Checks do not automatically modify BIOS settings or equate unavailable readings with hardware failure.

Memory clock and effective transfer rate use different conventions; differing numbers do not automatically mean performance is halved. XMP/EXPO hints support manual review, with configuration and stability checked against device support.
Runtime checks identify dependency state; sensor checks expose currently readable information. Missing values may reflect support or permissions and require review. Software checks are not a replacement for hardware diagnosis.
